- 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2tbsp honey
- cupcake liners
Instructions
- Heat together the chocolate and honey
- Use the honey chocolate mixture to line the cupcake liners for the shell of the cup.
- Pour the mixture into the cupcake liner, then dump the excess chocolate. Continue this process until it reaches the desired thickness.
- Put the shells of chocolate in the freezer until firm. ( about 10 minutes)
- For more control, put the peanut butter in a zip lock bag. This will substitute for a piping bag, make it easy to handle the peanut butter, and better fill the chocolate cups.
- Leave a little space at the top to finish with the chocolate mixture and seal the cup
- Freeze these treats for about 4 hours
