Cauliflower Crust Pizza!

(I Promise It’s Yummy)

I love when Cauliflower Crust Pizza is on the home menu. I have Celiac Disease, and therefore am intolerant to wheat. This can be challenging when thinking about what to cook for dinner. As a result, my family and I eat mostly gluten free, at least at dinner when we eat as a family. I came upon this recipe a while ago and have adapted it to our tastes. Not only is it gluten free, but it is delicious and your kids will LOVE helping you out while you make it. Your kids can pick whatever vegetables they like. Make it bright and fun, and they will be more likely to eat it!

I hope you enjoy Cauliflower Crust Pizza as much as our family does.

Bon Appetit!
