Delicious Nutty Golden Blondies

It can be difficult to find healthy baking recipes that kids will love too. So if you’re looking for a delicious recipe that isn’t filled with sugar, bake up a batch of these Nutty Golden Blondies.

Desserts are notoriously high in sugar and fat, making them less than ideal for your young children. To encourage healthier eating, I always try to make the recipes I bake taste as delicious as possible so that my children will keep coming back for more.

Sweet potatoes are an excellent ingredient for babies and kids. They are loaded with multivitamins, beta carotene, fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and minerals. In addition, their naturally sweet flavor and incredibly moist, creamy texture make them extra delicious.

The nuttiness of these scrumptious blondies comes from coconut flour, almond milk, and chopped nuts topping. No coconut oil or olive oil is required. A fun and filling recipe to try for homemade kids’ dessert!

This recipe also uses a lot of alternatives to usual baking ingredients. For example, Agave syrup replaces maple syrup, and alternative flours (coconut flour) substitute wheat flour. The lack of whole grains, old-fashioned oats, and wheat makes it a healthier, gluten-free option than many baked goods without sacrificing any sweetness.

This is one of the best free recipes you will find on the internet sheerly because of the health and taste factors. With children, it is important to disguise the healthy goodness of their favorite treats so that they will be encouraged to eat them regularly, and you won’t have to worry about them intaking massive amounts of sugar.

These gluten-free muffins are a treat for the whole family and one of the best healthy baking recipes I’ve ever encountered. Let’s see how they’re made!

Enjoy!
